Since all of our products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, we currently follow Printful’s refund policy. This means refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items, as for now.

That said, we never want you to feel stuck with something you don’t love. If there’s ever an issue, reach out to us within 7-days of receiving your order and we’ll work with you on a solution — including sending a replacement design at our expense in some cases.

Because each piece is made-to-order, production usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping typically adds another 3–7 days depending on location. You’ll get tracking as soon as it ships.

Since each item goes into production quickly, we can only make changes within the first 12 hours after purchase. Contact us right away if you need help.
